These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gohvacrepair.com (the "Site"), operated by Gantz Trading LLC ("Go HVAC Repair," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or calling the number listed on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this service is: Go HVAC Repair is a free service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party service providers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we do not employ the providers you may be connected with.

1. The service we provide

Go HVAC Repair helps connect homeowners with local, independent third-party service providers for residential HVAC needs. We are a connector only. We do not perform, supervise, schedule, price, or control the work performed by any provider.

2. No warranty or guarantee of work

Go HVAC Repair does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any provider you are connected with. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the independent provider. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, or outcome of any work.

3. Your responsibility to verify licensing and insurance

It is your responsibility, as the homeowner, to verify that any contractor you hire furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed, and to confirm that the provider is suitable for your needs before any work begins.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site or phone line for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its underlying systems.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
Copy, scrape, or misuse content, or impersonate any person or entity.
Submit information that is false, misleading, or not yours to share.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the connection service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any provider will be available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go HVAC Repair and Gantz Trading LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, the connection service, or any work performed by an independent provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may reference or connect you with third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Oregon, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
